At Athera, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a refund or exchange for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:


  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The package is confirmed lost or stuck in transit after carrier investigation

  • Change-of-mind or wrong size is accepted for most items (refunds only)

Non-returnable items:


  • Perishable items

  • Any product marked as final sale

Returned items must be:


  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Not washed or altered

3. Exchanges


  • Athera Headshot Collection items are eligible for exchanges.


    If you purchase a shirt, hoodie, or other item from this collection and want a different product from the same collection, reach out to us and we will arrange the exchange.



  • All other products are refund only; exchanges are not available.

4. Return Shipping

If a return or exchange is approved, Athera will cover all shipping costs.

Do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking shows your package is lost or stuck, contact us via our Contact Page.

We will handle all communications with the carrier and issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:


  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and provide a refund or exchange if approved.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled directly after purchase.

If you need to cancel, contact us within 5 hours of placing your order.

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

9. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.
